Required for a reputed Architectural Company an efficient Administrative Assistant with the following capabilities: 1. Provides overall administrative and secretarial support to the Department Manager. 2. Implements and maintains administrative processes and systems including the registry, record keeping, filling of project related documents, meetings, and internal communication. 3. Drafts and types routine correspondence, reports, briefs, and other documentation. 4. Prepares all outgoing correspondence for dispatch and monitors their deliveries. 5. Procures materials from suppliers for the Interior Design Department requirements. Visits clients to take their requirements and follow up on supplies to the clients from vendors. 6. When appropriate, undertakes other related duties assigned by the supervisor and/or manager.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree with at least 3 years of working experience. Candidates with experience of working in Fit-out Interior Companies will be given preference. Experience with a Consultancy or Advertising Company is an advantage. Excellent communication and computer skills will be required. UAE Driving licence will be a definite advantage.
