He should be a graduate in electrical engineering with minimum 5 - 7 years experience in civil infrastructure works, medium voltage substation works, cable works (11 kv, 33 kv), in the uae.  Should be familiar with road lighting works including high mast lighting systems, solar lighting systems, standby power generation systems, building small power and lighting systems, etc..  Capable of preparation of load schedules and single line diagrams, coordination of elv works like cctv, security systems, etc.  Coordination with dewa (ed) medium voltage and low voltage departments and rta road lighting departments.  Experience in addc coordination is an added advantage.
