Accountant

A multinational company, located in the jumeirah lake towers and  involved in commodity trading and distribution, requires an accountant with minimum experience of 3-5 years to join our accounting team:-. Duties: - entry of sales on accounting software after checking against b/l documentation and customer sales orders - entry of purchases on accounting software after checking received stock against dn and suppliers po - entry of cashbook entries on accounting software after checking against bank documentation and payment instructions - entry of inventory entries on accounting software / maintaining inventory listings and cross reference of movement to sales/purchases ledgers - register all expenses on accounting software - monthly reconciliations of supplier accounts against soa received from suppliers - monthly reconciliations of accounting inventory listing against listings received from warehouses - maintaining daily transaction reports - maintain files meticulously and ensure appropriate sign offs are obtained skills: - excellent command of written and spoken english. - previous experience with crm based accounting computer software. - advanced knowledge in excel and word - excellent organizational skills, ready to multi task and a good team player - capable of integrating into a multinational office environment  - pleasant and hardworking, ready to devote time to work and able to work under pressure. Remuneration remuneration will include health insurance/travel allowance/25 days holidays following successful completion of three month probationary period.
