Perform all duties related to office matters and to proactively support the Management at all times.
Liaise with the Supervisor to ensure all renewals, visas etc are maintained.
Ensure all company insurances and other important are up to date at all times.
Look after personnel administration matters.
Responsibility for Facilities management and in house cleaners.
Undertake reception duties to include incoming calls, distribution of incoming post and booking couriers, whenever possible Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
Answer questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and perform a variety of general office support duties.
Operate a variety of office equipment including typewriter, copier, and facsimile machine.
Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
Provide Secretarial support to other departments and Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Be details orientated with a high level of data accuracy.
• Be highly PC literate with strong knowledge of MS office products Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of basic book keeping.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• The capability to work effectively autonomously with little or no supervision. Freshers can apply, Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience in the similar field will be preferred.
