Require a smart, presentable, and dynamic Sales Executive (Arabic/Indian/Pakistan) for a leading HVAC Supplier/Manufacturer in Abu Dhabi. JOB ACCOUNTABILITY and OBJECTIVES
1. To scan the market for identifying and developing service clientele.
2. To respond to client enquiries on time which involves introducing appropriate company products which meet the client’s technical requirement and offering a tailor made solution.
3. To prepare an accurate, customer specific quotation, within the company’s policies and guidelines and get necessary approvals from the Sales Manager
4. To follow up quotations with technical support, commercial negotiations and persuade/ convince customer to place the order on the company.
5. To process the order as per the nature of the job. When necessary co-ordinate with Sales Manager and purchasing department for initiating procurement of items/goods from the company's factories/vendors.
3. OTHER DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To improve quotation closing ratio.
2. To assist on pending receivable from customer, and ensure reduction in receivable days
3. To attend and solve customer complaints within 24 hours.
4. To provide efficient, courteous and timely services to all customer requests and inquiries Confident candidates.
