1. Responsible for tele-sales
2. Identify new business opportunities in the market
3. Research potential clients by checking their websites and social media
4. Build list of potential clients for all products
5. Cold calling on daily basis to identify new business opportunities in the market
6. Schedule appointments for Business Development Manager to meet with prospective clients
7. Identify the key person and decision maker to meet
8. Build a database of gatekeepers (first point of contact) with full name and title to be used in future communication
9. Collect information about the key person to help the Business Development manager to break the ice in the first meeting (from LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter…)
10. Build a healthy pipeline full of valuable opportunities
11. Establish new relationships by researching, adding and developing new clients
12. Follow up with contacted prospects who were unreachable
13. Other requirements will be assigned by the management.
