An Abu Dhabi based design consultancy firm is looking for an outgoing and dynamic Architect with at least 10 years of experience in UAE who is motivated to develop business and deliver world class design work to our clients. Some of the key responsibilities include: - Work directly with clients in all phases of the design process. - Attend meetings with clients and prepare minutes of meeting. - Perform Quality Control and Assurance Processes to ensure projects meet all requirements including scope, budget and schedule. - Prepare specifications for contract documents, technical specifications and relevant construction documents. - Ensure that design specifications are coordinated with drawings. - Prepare Tender Drawings and Documents. - Obtain approvals from authorities and project building permit from Municipality.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess: - 10 or more years of experience as an Architect in UAE - Experience in institutional, commercial, residential and industrial projects - Fluent in both Arabic and English - Familiar with Estidama - Have the ability to lead projects with minimal supervision, manage teams, coordinate consultants and work directly with clients. - PMP certification an asset.
