The candidate will be based in a five star hotel with 709 rooms on sheikh zayed road near financial centre. The duty manager should have knowledge of liaising on an interpersonal level with all the guests (internal and external) and ensure that prompt and effective service is delivered. Ensure that all staff carries the correct tools of the trade and wear the correct uniform. Ensure that all front of house and back of house areas are kept clean and neat on periodical basis. Maintain disciplinary standards at front office department and effective control of staff timekeeping in terms of reporting for duty, breaks and end of shifts.
