Interior design firm located in dubai is seeking a female ffande designer with experience in hospitality, corporate and residential projects.
Key responsibilities:
- coordinate and work with senior designer(s) in the development of overall design concepts.
- prepare schemes and sample boards to include, furniture, fabrics, and accessories
- select and document necessary specifications, schedules and material references; approved colors, finishes, materials required into a spec book.
- prepare spec sheets for all selected and custom items.
- develop necessary and appropriate budgets required for the assigned project.
- request pricing from suppliers
- assist in the preparation of purchase orders
- review shop drawings and follow up on all manufactured items.
- contact with client/consultants/vendors on all ffande matters and attend site meetings.
- be informed and regularly updated on various ffande supplies and materials relative to design/decoration purposes and budgets.
- update and maintain the ffande library.
