Sales Coordinator cum Junior Accountant

Sales coordination with warehouse and customers including preparation of Quotations, processing customer Purchase Orders, planning and organizing delivery, preparing invoice and Delivery Notes in Tally, updating stock data in tally, coordinating with suppliers for purchase of goods, managing reception area and related work including attending incoming calls, preparing daily management reports, supporting accounts department in all related activities
Requirements
Fluent in English. Full working knowledge of Tally ERP software version 9,  conversant with Excel and Word and communication on e-mail. Minimum experience of 3 years in Accounts and Reception or sales coordination activity. Age about 30 years or above. Candidates on Husband's VISA preferred. Immediate requirement.
