Executive Secretary

Provide administrative and clerical support to CEO
Schedule meetings
Schedules and organizes complex activities including extensive travel arrangements, meetings, department activities, appointments and calendars
Prepare statistical reports. Greet and receive visitor, arrange snakes and beverages
Prepare confidential and sensitive documents
Coordinates office management activities
Prepare agenda for meetings
Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner
Receive and relay telephone messages
Provides general support such as answering telephones and emails; review and control of incoming and outgoing correspondence, and follow-up on commitments
Check all documents for Director signature as per internal process requirements
Attend meetings, record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
Requirements
Flexible in timing Ability to manage multiple projects Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written) Excellent Microsoft skills including ability to use advanced formatting with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft PowerPoint Ability to work independently Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities Qualification bachelor degree, preferred in Commerce Age less than 30 years Experience 6-7 years in similar profile Driving License is an advantage Candidate must be female with Philippines nationality.
