A Reputed Electrical Contracting Company in Dubai requires Local PRO.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Liaise with relevant ministries for application of new trade license, renewal of existing licenses.
2.Coordinate with relevant ministries for labour quota approval, apply new work permit, renewal of work permits etc.
3.Represent company and its subsidiaries for all legal/labour disputes.
4.Arrange/translate/type all legal communications for the company as and when required.
5.Communicate and assist staffs visa/labour renewals timely and efficient manner.
6. Assist the company in all federal and government entities for official works as per requirement.
7. Accompany employees for finishing and finalizing exit formalities in liaison with HR.
8.As an official representative of the company, you shall be responsible/available for all support services of the company which may require your presence to represent on behalf of the company as and when required.
 Requirements
1.UAE Nationals only required.  
2.Strong background of UAE Labor/Ministerial laws.
3.Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position.
4. Administration skills.
5. Excellent Oral and written Arabic/English Language.
6. Computer literacy and Arabic/English Typing skills shall be an added advantage.
