Responsibilities: Develop and manage the implementation of the Occupational, Health, Safety and Environment plans and programs in the advancement of the company’s business objectives and plans; Provide technical guidance to Project Managers with regard to occupational HSE issues, processes, and systems; Prepare and recommend HSE unit budget; Accountable for the implementation and supervision of the HSE audits across the project operations Qualifications: Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in HSE or any Engineering related discipline with 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar position in HSE and Quality function in the chemical/petrochemical/O and G industry. Ideal candidate must have expertise in PPE, HSE and other relevant safety regulations and standards with experience of conducting safety training programs.
