Work closely with the CEO and provide administrative support. Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate. Organizing and maintaining diaries and scheduling internal and external appointments. Making hotel and travel reservations when required. Dealing with correspondence and writing letters, taking dictation and minutes. Organizing and attending meetings, and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings. Attending to all other administrative-related duties (handling incoming and outgoing mails and maintain as tracker) when required. Producing documents, briefing papers, reports. Attend to other duties as requested by the CEO.
