Project Coordinator

Supervise and coordinate the Shop Drawing Process.
Prepare site documentation.
Perform routine visits to sites to monitor the ongoing projects.
Review the manpower requirements with the Foreman and inform the Project Manager should a change is needed.
Work with Administrator and Foreman to ensure that deliveries are expedited and coordinated.
Coordinate the work of sub-trades
Coordinate changes to the contract including communication with foreman and ensure documentation updates.
Review with Foreman to ensure Line Material deliveries are operating smoothly.

Coordinate and ensure submittal of project closeout documentation.
Project coordinators also perform various administrative tasks. These tasks include filing project documents, creating and maintaining project schedules, creating responsibility lists for those who are involved in the project and compile summaries for those who were involved.

If continually meeting and talking with strangers drains your energy, or if you find yourself regularly stumbling over your words or accidentally making the person you’re speaking with feel uncomfortable, sales might not be the best line of work for you
