1) Prepare the daily and monthly cash flow for our Companies in UAE.
2) Follow up with the bankers.
3) Assist in annual audit.
4) Prepare the UAE financial and managerial reports including but not limit to consolidated financial statement, cost report, rental summary.
5) Require to work any ad hoc assignment as per our Group's instructions.
Requirements
Degree holder or above in Accounting or equivalent. 2) Accounting professional qualification is preferred. 3) At least 3-5 years accounting or audit related experience. 4) Familiar with using accounting software. 5) Able to prepare the accounting journal (with solid experience). 6) Experience in property development industry is preferred. 7) Independent and with strong sense of responsibility as he / she will have to work alone a lot.
