Description The Network Admin role is to ensure the stability and integrity of various network services. The jobholder will participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, and communication links.
Network and Security Management Implements networks to ensure smooth and reliable operation of various projects fulfilling business objectives and processes. Implements data and network security through firewalls, UTM and VPN Maintains and monitors network security by performing security reviews on the network Monitors reliability of network systems and physically checks the robustness of network equipment and systems on a continuous basis .Troubleshoots all network systems to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties. Implements preventive measures to address communication and networking problems. Monitors and tests network performance and provides network performance statistics and reports. Implements and maintains policies and procedures for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery. Investigates, recommends and installs enhancements and develops operating procedures that enhance network availability. Designs and Implements medium-to-large sized projects Handling of Daily Requests and Activities Handles and manages daily requests from other business and technical units on routine activities related to the network infrastructure Practices network asset management, including maintenance of network equipment and related documentation and technical specifications information

Creates and maintains high quality network documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, inventory and annual maintenance records.
University degree in computer science or electrical engineering or equivalent Minimum CCNP holder.
