Required by a MNC Group for Abu Dhabi. Duties: To provide relevant medical coverage details to beneficiaries. To issue authorizations based upon member coverage and medical justification, to maintain files for authorizations and other reports. To attend phone calls from beneficiaries and providers; assessing and processing claims. Be fully versed with insurance policies for various groups/beneficiaries.
