Action /Result Oriented, Attentive to Details, Analytical Thinking, Creativity, Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, Telephone skills / etiquette, interview techniques, time management, people skills, ethics and integrity, ability to multitask, report writing, passion for work, employment law and recruitment legislation requirements, networking skill, Manpower Planning, Manpower Amendment Process: MAP, Recruitment, New Employee Deployment and on boarding, INDUCTION, ORIENTATION AND ON THE JOB TRAINING, EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS AND GRIEVANCES and PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL RECORD.
Requirements
Gender: Female Preferred. Preferred Education Level: Bachelors OR Masters in Human Resource Management OR Professional /Technical Qualifications/Diplomas, : related to Human Resource Management.
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ UAE experience in Recruitment and Selection or HR Generalist role.
