Sales Coordinator

Monitors and maintains records relating to company’s sales activities Prepares and forwards sales quotations for customers using  available product cost data Handles all correspondence and organizes contact between the sales manager and his/her customers Keeps records of sales targets and actual figures and compiles them into reports for management. General administration work Maintains customer records Prepares quotations based on project tenders and Keeps records of visits and sales Any other job related duties as required. Works very closely together with the Sales Manager he/she is assigned to Development and update of sales data relating to products/markets and countries Works closely together with purchasing and logistics departments to ensure excellent service levels to customers.
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team. Preferably fresh graduates or with a minimum of 1 year experience in the same field with SAP background. Arabic is not necessary but would be a Plus.
