Responsibilities
Executive Assistant to the Managing Director – maintaining diary , handling day to day admin activities, travel arrangement, providing administrative support to the MD, coordinate meetings, prepare reports and maintain other confidential documents and taking the minutes of a meeting.
Skills
Should have good working knowledge on MS Office and should be able to prepare power point presentations. Must have UAE experience.
