Business Development Manager Arab

Responsible for heading up expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among exiting clients • Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend • Drive peak performance and sales success across the organization • Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements • You will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets
Requirements
• Arabic Speaking and Writing • Knowledge and proven experience in Integrated Advertising, Branding, Print, Digital and Media Selling. • 5 or more years of experience on a communications/ branding/ advertising agency is a must • Ability to forge strong relationship with high level decision makers quickly at client level • Confident, Presentable and Team Player • Aggressive self starter who CAN CARRY OVER existing client relations and must systematically prospect for new business • Strong communication skills both for creating proposals and delivering presentations in English and Arabic • Proven BDM whose used to working for targets • Excellent track record in sales, business development and winning new business • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads • Show an understanding of the challenges facing the industry at present and illustrate a knowledge of the operational attention to detail that will be required to succeed within the industry •
