A major UAE based group is looking for an experienced Hotel General Manager to leads its Sharia complaint Hospitality brand in the UAE. The Hotel General Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating management activities to accomplish business objectives for the individual property and also be part of the Hospitability Group leadership team. The Hotels are four star and five star property situated in the heart of Dubai and part of a growing brand.
 
Key Responsibilities:
To develop, implement and build on strategies to maximize the TREVPAR of the hotel.
To optimize commercial activities within a very competitive environment to ensure Hotel objectives are met.
To monitor and maximize the profitability of all departments.
Take an active role in forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
To continue to develop an effective, cohesive and competent team.
Ensure all hotel standards and procedures are met.
Provide innovation and ideas for the hotel service offer.
To embrace and focus on the highest levels of quality in respect to both the hard and soft aspects of the business.
Requirements
