Sales Coordinator

The position is responsible for building and maintaining the continuous and ample customer base in the region for smooth business operations. Actively gather critical market information and feed it back to the market analyst/ head of sales and marketing. The position will track the price data per region to ensure effective costing and pricing of products through market intelligence. The position is responsible and accountable for expanding the customer base through new client acquisitions while maintaining existing client base. To negotiate and follow up pricing and future off take with end users within the market to the parameters established by the Head of Sales and Marketing. Prepare Quotations and sales contract and get it approved and signed by customer. Arrange to deliver products in co-ordination with dispatch section. Supervise the daily operations in the assigned territory. To anticipate and prevent late payment and to actively obtain payments and resolve customer disputes. Directs and supervise subordinate sales co-ordinates. Candidates must have 2-3 years experience in oil and gas fields.
