General Office Administration
Responsible for answering incoming calls and connecting to different departments.
Setting up appointments, making arrangements for meetings, conferences and company outings and events Assisting visitors and clients Update and maintains the Employee Contact details
Purchasing and exercise control over stationery and office supplies every month.  Prepares requisition for replenishment of stationery and supplies and controls distribution.
Managing the office facilities which include company telephone and company mobiles and printers
Prepares documents for processing of car insurance, project and employee’s insurance
Arranges and monitoring of Car rentals for current and new employees
Prepares and monitoring of all travel itineraries (air tickets and visa) for vacation and newly hired  employees
Arranges company provided accommodation for newly joined personnel and other company issued properties for staff.
Establish and maintain all employee’s  time and attendance then filling the same
Supervising the office boy in maintaining the cleanliness of the office. Scheduling the pest control.

Registry and Correspondence Management
Ensuring smooth and orderly distribution of incoming fax. Prepares Outgoing letter for different government departments and private companies such as Etisalat. Typing memorandums, reports and handling self correspondence
 
Document Management
Maintains and update the filling system for all legal documents both in box file and folders in server. Prepares Transmittal note and filing of the receiving copies. Responsible for all the forms to be used for Admin Dept
 
IT Management
Manages and maintain all email accounts, server, fax server, user and password and anti-virus for all computers
Schedules and facilitate the maintenance and solve any issues for emails, servers, computers and printers by calling the IT partner Facilitate the installation of new computers/laptop for the new joined employees
Candidate should be with pleasing personality, single, 25-30 y/o and be able to join immediately otherwise no need to apply.
