-        must have extensive experience of coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements including transportation and lodging, managing travel calendar, online booking
-        assisting gm to conduct all company's administration activities in a professional way
-        prepare a minutes of meeting and distribute it on time
-        contribute and maintain a good working environment within the company
-        filling and guarantee the security of all confidential documents of the company
-        ensure all required reports / presentations are provided on time and in a professional manner.
-        must handle all the accounting related transaction of one company
-        must handle new account for quotations, seeking approval, project coordination/ monitoring from approval till closing
-        able to organize and coordinate office's activities, compose correspondence,
-        perform independent research of various office and technical issues.

Bachelor degree
- minimum 2 -3 years experience. - accounting background.
- computer literate (e.g ms word, ms excel, power point, microsoft outlook)
- conversant in spoken and written english
- attractive and pleasant personality, smart, pro-active and strong interpersonal skill if you feel that it is you.
