For a well-established Group of Company dealing with manufacturing of Industrial engineering and architectural products, Stainless steel, sanitary ware, etc., looking for a Group Sr. HR and Admin Officer (Generalist) for their office in DIP- Phase II (Dubai Investment Park).This position reports to the Director of the Company. The ideal candidate MUST have minimum 5 years UAE experience working in Manufacturing/ Multinational companies, MUST have knowledge in HR / Immigration rules and policies, ERP, handling compensation and benefit (payroll – 500-600 employees), handling employee database, attendance, medical, visa processing / renewals, Recruitment and selection – entry to higher management levels, MIS reports, Admin –> travel arrangements/ hotel booking, visa processing, etc. New Joiner and End of Service Formalities, Training and Employee Relations, MIS Reports(Preparing month end reports - Demographic reports, Staff Count report, Turnover Report etc. Prepare Salary report, Gratuity Report, LTA reports, Leave Provision Report. Prepare Health and Safety report)General Administration(Supervise the PR activities like, employment visa application, Labor Dept. and Immigration, Supervise Hotel Booking arrangements and travel arrangements for staffs as well as guests, Manage office administration, maintenance etc.)Salary AED 8,000.
