To work together with Facility Executive, as part of the Operations Team, providing support across the organization, specifically;
Assisting with facilities, premises, company accommodation, Labor Camp and office management;
Responsible to monitor and supervise the Labor Camp for the concerned Business Unit
Responsible to assign the Transportation for the staff and work force;
Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements;
Monitor all statutory such as sewage, consumption of the usage of utilities, generator, record and updated.
Upkeep the repair, office, appliance, furniture, furnishings, vehicles etc. Upkeep the monthly maintenance schedule for aircon serving, generator and all electrical bulbs and wiring.
