A leading Busbar Trunking manufacturing company in GCC is looking to hire a Quality Manager for their factory in RAK, UAE. The ideal candidate should be an Engineering graduate (Mechanical/Electrical) with at least 8 years experience in Busbar/Switchgear or related field.
Upgrade Quality, Health and safety and Environmental Management System Maintains a credible, visible quality assurance action plan which has a positive impact on the business Identify and maintain the management of critical production components.
Act as the “ISO9001: 2008, ISO14001: 2004 and OHSAS 18001: 2007 atex Systems Coordinator” Manage trade responses to ensure timely site investigation, response and corrective action.
Ensure 100% compliance on a daily basis with all Quality, health and safety and Environmental Management system requirements, including the use of PPE for all associated work activities.
Support the Production Coordinator in the identification and delivery of team members’ performance.
Foster culture of continuous improvement within production areas Develop an audit process for Quality, HandS, Environmental management system and schedule to support the site’s needs.
Responsible for communicating any changes to Operating instructions to all Team Leaders.
Work closely with production supervisor, Manager and Project Engineers to ensure deadlines are met while complying with QHSE procedures.
Work closely with management team to identify and prioritizes tasks.
Engage best practice and knowledge to work to close any identified gaps.
