Job Description:

 - Manage day-to-day support of IT systems including installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network, hardware and software related issues.
- Analyzes potential solutions and implements a solution that best fixes any IT problem.
- Serves as main point of contact on all IT-related matters for the centre.
 - Provides general technical assistance to staff in a timely and efficient manner.
 - Ensure confidentiality and reliability of data, proprietary information, and intellectual property.   

Requirements:

- Experience in IT support and management, Intranet, Internet, WAN, LAN.
 - In-depth technical knowledge of PC hardware and software.
- Knowledge of technological trends and developments in the area of IT management.
 - Good analytical and problem solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve IT.
 - Network/operating system issues.
 - Excellent communication (English) and presentation skills.
