Drive Products is a National distributer of truck mounted equipment, and a Canadian Leader in the design and installation of systems solutions. Due to growing business in our Alberta operation, we have an immediate need for the following at our EDMONTON location:
PRODUCT MANAGER-ROLL-OFFS, CRANES, SERVICE BODIES
As the product manager, you will oversee and act as the liaison for identified hydraulic lifting, loading and handling solution (including service/dump bodies, roll-offs, hook lifts, cranes and stones spreader equipment )in all aspects of the business including technical and sales support, inventory control and marketing.
Other responsibilities include:
    Serving as the technical expert to aid in product selection/integration to meet equipment needs
    Collaborating/leading on providing specifications and quotes for equipment and system
    Advising on and supervising the launch of new vendor’s products and /or changes
    Achieving /maintaining strong vendor liaisons while coordinating the handling of all warranty issues
   Aiding in obtaining optimum inventory turns and coordinating all purchasing level input
Qualification:
   3+years of relevant product or industry experience preferred (or equivalent combination of training, education and experience)    Demonstrated time-management and organizational skills with in a fast paced environment.
   Detail oriented with excellent problem solving skills
   Computer literate with proficiency using EPR and Microsoft applications (Excel, Great Plains, etc…)
   Ability to communicate well with external customers/vendors and internal staff
   Computer literate in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains software and Microsoft Office applications, primarily, Word, Excel and Outlook
