To assist and provide support for preventive Maintenance activities.
To Co-ordinate with contractors and discipline engineer on daily basis in the activities of repairing/ modifying, constructing, installing/ commissioning/ testing of equipment/buildings/system.
The activities include wide range equipment/system/building associated with different fields such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, civil and general services.
To provide work directions to staff and ensure that all activities confirm to company’s policies and procedures and accepted technical standards.
Maintains update information in field of engineering.
Ensures a high degree of reliability/availability of equipment and facilities.
Carries out activities such as receiving and reviewing incoming work request for functioning and maintenance of equipment / system / buildings / facilities.
Processes the work requests after filling in the required materials, man hours, and skill levels.
Allocates work to contractors, check progress providing instructions and advice as necessary and ensures that works are completed confirming to established work standards requirements.
