The Group we represent have traded in Western Canada for over 40 years. The Group is a leading civils contractor in major earthworks and site works (Bulk Earthworks, Site grading, Tank bases, Ponds, Underground works). They are a leader in this field. The have an exceptional base of clients and much of the work awarded to them is directly negotiated.

The Group are seeking to recruit from Industry an Operations Manager for the earthworks team for the industrial sector. The Groups fiscal strength is well known, they have the largest fleet of plant in Western Canada and it is owned outright. The Group take care of the lead players in the business – the rewards here are typically unmatched in industry.

The successful candidate will report directly to the GM and part owner of the Group. This is an exceptional opportunity to cement the lead role in what is a recognized civils contractor of repute. You will be one of the leading players in the delivery of projects and report directly to one of the company owners.

Requirements : Minimum 10 years experience developing into a lead GM – Ops Managers Role. Proven team player. Most important factor is experience.
