We are looking for a Supervisor-Public Area Cleaning Services to support the Soft Services Team in Cleaning Operations Management. He/ She will be responsible for

- Coordinating, administering and delivering cleaning services within the premises such as Malls, Airports, Car parks, ancillary buildings, and offices;
- Ensure delivery of KPI cleaning targets in accordance with the Agreement;
- Inspection and verification of cleaning records and ensure that they are stored for audit purposes;
- Check cleaning work orders within the Maintenance Management System (MMS) and close out all tasks within the respective month;
- supervision of a cleaning team of Housekeeping staff to ensure they deliver the cleaning standards;
- Train newly hired cleaning staff on cleaning equipment and machines
- Ensure that cleaning staff are using the right dilution of chemicals

The Cleaning Supervisor should have through knowledge of Cleaning Equipment and Cleaning Chemicals. Salary offered will be AED 4500 per month + accommodation + transport + Annual Benefits.
