We seek to hire an experienced and qualified contracts manager/engineer for one of our prestigious project in Abu Dhabi.
Candidate shall be responsible for managing the full spectrum of contracts administration function.
The major requirements for this position are to be responsible for preparing, reviewing and administering contracts during the various stages of the construction process.
Candidate must possess formal qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction and/or a Legal Degree, with sound experience as a Contracts Manager/Administrator, Project Engineer or Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry, with full knowledge of FIDIC Contracts.
Strong exposure with proven experience in FIDIC contracts is essential.
Must possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with demonstrated negotiation and analytical skills.
