Candidate should have a recognized  degree in engineering or science with at least 10 years experience in a similar position with knowledge of inspection and testing of materials.
Must possess knowledge of implementation of QMS and accreditation standards as applicable to inspection and testing laboratories, such as ISO 17020, 17025 and ISO 9001.
Position calls for  good communication / documentation skills and be responsible for organizing in-house and external audits by certification bodies and clients.
