Responsible for conducting project feasibility analysis, reviewing plans and submitting report to the Head - Property Development. Active participation in the design and approval phase along with the consultants, project engineers and Head - Property Development. Reviewing and updating project cost analysis through the design phase and reporting to the Head - Property Development.
