Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and monitor Gas cylinder delivery chain operations.
2. Supervise orders and, Drivers, and helpers to ensure smooth delivery.
3. Communicate with the sales team, drivers, and customers.
4. Plan, trace, and track the orders of Gas Cylinders according to requirements.
5. Keep logs and records of deliveries, stock, and executed orders, etc.
7. Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
Requirements and skills
1. 2 years of Proven experience as a logistics Delivery and distribution coordinator in UAE.
2. Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
3. Knowledge of RTA, Civil defense & Municipality laws and regulations.
4. Ability to work with supervision and track multiple deliveries.
5. Courage to work under pressure.
6. Ability to do & control multiple tasks.
7. Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
8. Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Business administration, supply chain management, or relevant field is mandatory.
