Full Time Accountant

To manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits. Your responsibilities include data entry and auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes. Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we are compliant with all tax regulations.

You will be briefed in detail in person on your following major responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions

• Daily data entry (purchases, expenses..etc.)

• Maintaining excel sheet for cash in/out

• Proper and easy to access file keeping

• Merchant Transactions(un-deposited funds) audit and reconciliation

• Vendor and customer account reconciliation

• A/P and A/R reporting

• Preparing monthly payables and checks

• Publish financial statements in time

• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

• Running Tax reports and tax filing

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

• Stock list preparation, stock taking, updating stock

• Keeping proper track of stock and regular stock taking

• Cash flow management

• Maintaining monthly payments and prepayments (rent, assets…etc.)

• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity

• Audit financial transactions and documents

• Comply with financial policies and regulations

• Keeping company financial information confidential
