BID Coordinator

Immediate joiners preferred. 5 years of experience in Civil/Construction/Interior fitout/ Architectural Industries

Responsibility:

1.Efficiently manage the entire bid process from initiation to submission, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
2.The coordinator should demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication throughout the bidding cycle.
3.This role interfaces with sales, project management, and executive teams, aligning bid efforts with the company's strategic objectives.
4.Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, facilitating open communication to gather relevant information for bid submissions.
5.Craft clear, concise, and persuasive bid documents, incorporating all necessary details to showcase the organization's capabilities.
6.Ensure bid submissions comply with all regulatory requirements and align with the organization's policies and standards.
7.Maintain an organized and up-to-date bid repository, archiving relevant documents for future reference.
8.Excel in managing tight deadlines, ensuring timely completion of bid submissions without compromising quality.
9.Experience and education required: Minimum 5 years in similar company role.
Qualification –Bachelor’s degree with background of #Construction management preferred.
