Job Details:-

Summary:
As an OCP Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of container-based solutions using OpenShift Container Platform. Your role involves collaborating with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to streamline containerized application deployments, ensure scalability, and maintain high availability.

Key Responsibilities:-

Design and Implementation:
Designing and architecting container-based solutions using OpenShift.
Implementing and configuring OpenShift clusters to meet application requirements.
Developing best practices and standards for containerized deployments.

Deployment and Management:
Deploying applications onto OpenShift clusters and managing their lifecycle.
Ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of containerized environments.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to container orchestration and deployments.

Automation and Integration:
Automating deployment processes using tools like Ansible, Kubernetes Operators, or other automation frameworks.
Integrating CI/CD pipelines with OpenShift for seamless application delivery.

Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitoring OpenShift clusters and applications for performance, capacity, and resource utilization.
Optimizing and fine-tuning containerized environments for efficiency.

Security and Compliance:
Implementing security measures and best practices for containerized applications.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations within container environments.

Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with OpenShift Container Platform.
Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Ansible).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., VM Ware , AWS, Azure, GCP).
Understanding of networking, storage, and infrastructure components in container environments.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK Stack).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
