Full job description
We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken Call Center Agent with excellent communication skills to be responsible for soliciting sales and to manage client inquiries over the telephone.

Responsibilities:

• Initiating sales with potential clients over the phone.

• Lead Generation, Tele Sales, Customer Service relations.

• Building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls, and electronic communications

• Meeting sales targets.

• Converting difficult leads into customers.

Qualifications:

1+ year experience as a Call Center Agent or similar sales experience.
Number driven and commission-oriented personnel.
Strong command of the English language.
Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills, and organizational expertise mastering job description, on-call scripting, and industry product knowledge.
Candidates must complete our training course.
Ability to stay professional and focused on stressful situations.
Ability to work towards strict targets.
** This role is only for Candidates based in UAE preferably on a visit visa or cancelled employment visa who can join Immediately.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week), 6:00 pm – 2:30 am (Evening Shift)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Commission-Based

Contract length: 24 months

Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
