We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bus Driver to join our team. As a Bus Driver for staff transportation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our employees to and from their workplace. Your professionalism, adherence to safety regulations, and commitment to punctuality are essential in providing a smooth and comfortable commuting experience. Responsibilities:
Safely operate company-owned buses to transport employees to and from designated pick-up and drop-off points.
Follow scheduled routes and timetables to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
Ensure the safety of passengers by strictly adhering to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in proper working order.
Maintain a clean and well-maintained interior and exterior of the bus.
Assist passengers, including boarding and disembarking, as needed.
Provide excellent customer service to staff members and address any inquiries or concerns professionally.
Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical issues to the appropriate authorities and supervisors.
Keep accurate records of passenger counts, fuel consumption, and mileage.
Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as fueling and cleaning the bus.
Attend regular safety training and adhere to all safety protocols.
Collaborate with the transportation coordinator to update schedules and routes as needed.

Qualifications:
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a passenger (P) endorsement.
Previous experience as a bus driver or commercial driver is preferred.
Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents.
Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Punctuality and reliability are critical for this role.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Physical stamina to sit for extended periods and assist passengers.
