Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support to employees via phone, email, or chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Escalate complex problems to appropriate IT staff when necessary.
Document and track technical support requests in a help desk system.
Resolve issues within established time frames and service level agreements.
Install and configure software applications and updates.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
Educate users on basic troubleshooting and best practices.
Follow IT procedures and protocols for security and compliance.
Contribute to knowledge base articles for common issues and solutions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.
Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with various operating systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of networking and remote support tools.
