3). Verify damage claim items physically before the good items are transferred to damage inventory to ensure that damaged stock maintained and reordered properly.

4). Check work shop transactions and report for old non closed request to ensure that all completed jobs are closed and reflected in the system correctly.

5) Carry out custom paper verification for vehicles to ensure that all available vehicles are supported by valid custom papers.

6) Perform documentation checking for various stores documents to ensure that all stores activities are completed as per group policy and procedures.

7) Perform various inventory transactions, tasks & handle special assignment related to department to achieve department objectives.

8) Arrange & keep all supporting documents related to all activities filled and maintained properly to ensure fast access at any time.
