Receive, screen, and transfer incoming telephone calls.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Welcome the visitors with a pleasant professional attitude and guide them as required.
Make the guests feel comfortable at the office premises and serve them water/tea/coffee as and when required.

• Organize and schedule appointments.

Assist and support the Managing Director with necessary administrative requirements while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Scanning and making copies of important documents and filing them in a professional and systematic manner
Perform general administrative tasks in the office.
Maintain the daily attendance of Sharjah head office, Central Warehouse, and all Haroon Company Showrooms.
Prepare letters, memos, and other correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of regular Project reports.
Help setting up and managing business or marketing automation.
Operating office equipment and maintaining office space.

Executing and maintaining office systems, maintaining calendars and schedules.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, sending/receiving couriers, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
Controlling the pilferage of office supplies, stationery, and refreshments.
