Position: Admin
Highly qualified and experienced Administrator invited with following skills.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Excellent command in English (Written, Speaking, Grammar)
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Taking dictation, transcribing, typing confidential documentation, keeping confidential material.
• Perform all secretarial and administrative duties to the standards required in order to ensure the smooth operation of the administration office.
• Communicate efficiently with all colleagues in the department in order to ensure an efficient flow of information to and from the administration office.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
• Pre-qualifying prospects to make the work of sales teams easier
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipent and techniques.
• Compose, edit and drafts letters for company
• Compile, organize and accurately finalize documents for office records
• Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
• Document management – preparation of reports / presentations / correspondence, coordination of documents for signature and filing as requested.
• Monitoring the validity of group companies trade/commercial licenses. Coordinating with the respective entities for the valid documents
• Negotiate and co-ordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding office equipment, stationery, printing and pantry supplies etc.
• Check and authorize monthly office charging, e.g. mobile phone, courier, IDD charge report.
• Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
