Required: Italian Chef

Location: Abu Dhabi

Salary : up to 4500 AED (all inclusive)

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as Italian chef.

Contribute to menu creation in Italian cuisine.
Manage and train the kitchen brigade effectively to ensure a well-organized and motivated team.
Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times.
Check freshness of food and ingredients.
Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
