Customer Service Executive

The Call Center agent is a passionate professional committed to developing and nurturing positive experiences for PSI customers. The ideal candidate will be committed to building a career in real estate industry and will further themselves through ongoing training and education to best prepare themselves for future advancement at PSI.

Job Responsibility

Managing customer expectations maintaining a high level of communication.
High energy, in person presentation and pre-qualification activities.
Marketing and Promoting product and services to clients effectively.
Management and resolve customer complaints.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails.
Process orders, forms, and application.
Route calls to appropriate resources.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Upsell products and services.
Complete call logs and reports.
