Job Responsibility
Managing customer expectations maintaining a high level of communication.
High energy, in person presentation and pre-qualification activities.
Marketing and Promoting product and services to clients effectively.
Management and resolve customer complaints.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails.
Process orders, forms, and application.
Route calls to appropriate resources.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Upsell products and services.
Complete call logs and reports.
