– Experience of working at Leisure/ Entertainment & Fun Parks in UAE/ GCC.
– Experienced at Revenue Management / Capacity Planning/ Service Inventory management.
– A strong people leader, experienced at handling High performance teams.
– Orientation towards delivering a Superlative Customer Experience to all the kids/ parents visiting adventure Zone.
– Experience in building different revenue channels : Activity Sessions , Birthdays, Membership Programs , Multiple Entry Products etc to ensure / optimize Capacity Utilization @ the zone.
– Partnerships & associations with Schools & educational Institutions to build different Adventure Packages as a part of academic curriculum..
– Organized & Structured way of working – including ensuring statutory compliance and adherence to mandatory safety standards.
